Not your "run-of-the-mill' Yoga practice: the majority of�sessions will be held "off-the-mat" and in an outdoor setting atop rooftop decks of your condo/apartment complex.�

The focus and goal will be to strengthen the body and improve� Body Integrity. Although Yoga routines are designed to be suitable for all levels, the pace of the session and some poses may prove to be challenging; therefore, it's expected that participants be in good physical condition.
